How to Conduct an Offline Auction in Leaguelink.in

Run an in-room auction where the auctioneer controls player selection, bids, sold decisions, unsold decisions, and team assignments.

Part 1

Launch offline auction mode

Offline mode is designed for an auctioneer or operator recording decisions from a physical event.

Open Start Auction

From the auction workspace, select Start Auction.

Choose the run type

Select Demo / Test for rehearsal or Real Auction for the actual event.

Look for:Demo / TestReal Auction

Choose Offline Auction

Select Offline Auction, where the auctioneer controls bidding, sold, and unsold decisions, then launch the auction.

Part 2

Operate each player lot

Keep the digital record aligned with the auctioneer’s announcements.

Select the next player

Use Get Next Player or Next to move into the next eligible player. Use Prev only when you intentionally need to return.

Record bids carefully

Use the increment and decrement controls to match the accepted room bid. Confirm the current bidder team before finalizing.

Mark sold or unsold

Select Sold only after the auctioneer confirms the winning team and value. Select Unsold when bidding closes without a purchase.

Monitor team state

Watch team balances, acquired players, and roster requirements throughout the event.

Close and publish the auction

End-of-auction checks protect the final record.

Review remaining and unsold players

Confirm whether any players require another round before ending the auction.

Check sold counts, squad composition, total spent, and remaining balance for every team.

Open Auction Results

Use Auction Results to publish teams, download result assets, and create team posters.

  • Repeat the final team and price before selecting Sold.
  • Keep a CSV backup before and after the event.

Who places bids in offline auction mode?

The auctioneer or Leaguelink.in operator records bidding decisions. Team owners do not submit bids through the owner console.

Can I use a demo offline auction?

Yes. Choose Demo / Test and Offline Auction to rehearse the complete operator workflow privately.
