Part 1
Launch offline auction mode
Offline mode is designed for an auctioneer or operator recording decisions from a physical event.
Open Start Auction
From the auction workspace, select Start Auction.
Choose the run type
Select Demo / Test for rehearsal or Real Auction for the actual event.
Choose Offline Auction
Select Offline Auction, where the auctioneer controls bidding, sold, and unsold decisions, then launch the auction.
Part 2
Operate each player lot
Keep the digital record aligned with the auctioneer’s announcements.
Select the next player
Use Get Next Player or Next to move into the next eligible player. Use Prev only when you intentionally need to return.
Record bids carefully
Use the increment and decrement controls to match the accepted room bid. Confirm the current bidder team before finalizing.
Mark sold or unsold
Select Sold only after the auctioneer confirms the winning team and value. Select Unsold when bidding closes without a purchase.
Monitor team state
Watch team balances, acquired players, and roster requirements throughout the event.
Part 3
Close and publish the auction
End-of-auction checks protect the final record.
Review remaining and unsold players
Confirm whether any players require another round before ending the auction.
Verify team totals
Check sold counts, squad composition, total spent, and remaining balance for every team.
Open Auction Results
Use Auction Results to publish teams, download result assets, and create team posters.
Practical tips
Assign one person to operate Leaguelink.in and one to conduct the room auction. Repeat the final team and price before selecting Sold. Keep a CSV backup before and after the event. Use a projector or viewer link for transparent room visibility.
