Part 1
Prepare owners for online bidding
Online mode requires each team to have a recognized owner identity.
Review team owner details
Confirm every team has a registered owner phone number or email/Gmail ID before launch.
Share owner and viewer access
Use league quick actions and auction links to give owners the correct access while spectators receive the public viewer link.
Complete a demo
Run a private Demo / Test online auction so each owner can confirm access and bidding behavior.
Part 2
Launch online auction mode
Online mode moves bidding controls to team owners while organizers control the event.
Open Start Auction
Select Start Auction from the auction workspace.
Select Online Auction
Choose Online Auction, labeled Owners bid, then launch the selected demo or real run.
Check owner presence
Review the online, offline, or checking status shown for team owners before starting the first player.
Part 3
Control the live online event
Organizers manage player flow and timing while owners submit bids.
Start bidding for the player
Select the online primary action to open owner bidding for the current player.
Monitor the timer and call phase
Watch Bidding open, First Call, Second Call, and Last & Final Call as the timer progresses.
Pause when required
Use Pause Auction for disputes, owner connectivity issues, or organizer checks. Resume only when all teams are ready.
Publish results after completion
Verify squads and use Auction Results and the public results link after the event.
Practical tips
Require owners to join the demo from the same device they will use on auction day. Keep a separate communication channel for support. Pause instead of continuing through a confirmed connectivity issue. Share the viewer link with spectators, not owner access.
Frequently asked questions
What does Online Auction mean in Leaguelink.in?
Online Auction allows registered team owners to bid remotely. Organizers control player flow, timing, pausing, and event administration.
Why can an owner not bid?
Check that the team has the correct registered owner phone number or email, the owner is signed in with that identity, and the auction is active rather than paused.
