Part 1
Start a new league
League creation begins from the dashboard or League Admin area.
Open the creation form
Select Create League from the dashboard quick actions or the League Admin page. Leaguelink.in opens the Create New League form.
Choose the sport and basic identity
Enter a clear league name and select the correct sport. Add the league logo and description when available so public pages are easy to recognize.
Enter dates and venue information
Add registration dates, event dates, and venue details. Use realistic registration closing dates so players know when submissions stop.
Part 2
Configure registration
Registration settings control what players submit and what happens when capacity is reached.
Set player limits and registration rules
Choose the information required from each player and configure any league-specific custom fields.
Choose payment-proof behavior
Turn Require payment proof on when players must upload a payment screenshot during registration.
Configure the waiting list
Enable the waiting list if you want players to continue registering after normal slots are full. Waitlisted players are kept separate and no payment is collected from them.
Part 3
Prepare teams and league operations
Teams and operational settings should be ready before auction configuration.
Create the participating teams
Add team names, logos, and owner information. Accurate owner contact information is especially important for online auctions.
Review team and player requirements
Confirm expected players per team and any role or category requirements before saving.
Save the league
Select Create League after reviewing each section. Once created, edit mode exposes quick actions for registrations, invitations, auction, results, links, and scheduling.
Practical tips
Keep the public league description short and specific. Create teams before configuring the auction. Review dates before sharing the registration link. Use custom fields only for information that organizers will actually review.
