What you will achieve

A clean, approved player pool ready for cards, auction groups, team assignments, and exports.

Before you begin

  • A created league
  • At least one player registration
  • League admin access

Part 1

Review the registration workspace

The registration page combines player review, filters, team assignment, auction sync, and exports.

1

Open View Registrations

Open Edit League and select View Registrations from Quick Actions.

Look for:View Registrations
2

Use status filters and search

Filter approved, rejected, waiting-list, and other registration states. Search by player name or relevant registration details.

3

Review each player record

Check the player photo, role and skills, submitted custom fields, payment proof when required, and any conflicts before making a decision.

Part 2

Approve, reject, and organize players

Only validated player records should move into cards and auctions.

1

Approve eligible players

Select Approve after confirming the player meets league requirements.

Look for:Approve
2

Reject ineligible or duplicate records

Select Reject when a registration should not continue. Keep organizer decisions consistent with published league rules.

Look for:Reject
3

Assign players directly to teams when needed

Use Assign Team for retained or pre-assigned players. Select the team, role, and amount where applicable, then save the assignment.

Look for:Assign TeamAssign Player to TeamSave Assignment

Part 3

Synchronize and export player information

Administrative tools help reconcile auction outcomes and create offline records.

1

Synchronize auction assignments

Use Sync Auction when you need registration records to reflect current auction assignments.

Look for:Sync Auction
2

Export player records

Open Exports and select Export to CSV for a structured registration file.

Look for:ExportsExport to CSV
3

Export auction-ready data

Select Export auction data when you need player information prepared for auction workflows.

Look for:Export auction data

Practical tips

  • Approve players only after reviewing required fields.
  • Resolve duplicates before creating auction groups.
  • Use team assignment only for retained or intentionally excluded players.
  • Export a CSV backup before auction day.

Frequently asked questions

Can I assign an approved player directly to a team?

Yes. Use Assign Team. Team-assigned players are excluded from live auction and added directly to the selected team.

What does Sync Auction do?

It reconciles player registration records with auction assignments so team and sold-price information remains consistent.
