Leaguelink.in is a comprehensive cricket league management platform that provides:

• League Creation & Management: Tools for organizers to create and manage cricket leagues
• Player Registration: Online registration system for players to join leagues
• Live Auction System: Real-time player auction functionality for team formations
• Player Profiles: Digital player cards with statistics and performance data
• Team Management: Tools for team owners to manage their squads
• Analytics & Reporting: Statistics and insights for leagues and players

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your phone number, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

4. User Conduct

When using Leaguelink.in, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or registrations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

5. League Participation

5.1 Player Registration

By registering for a league, you agree to abide by the specific rules and regulations set by the league organizer. Registration fees, if any, are determined by the league organizer and are subject to their refund policies.

5.2 Auction Participation

Players who register for leagues with auction-based team selection consent to having their profile information displayed during live auctions. Auction results are final once confirmed by the league organizer.

5.3 League Organizer Responsibilities

League organizers are responsible for managing their leagues fairly and in accordance with their stated rules. Leaguelink.in is not responsible for disputes between organizers and participants regarding league operations, fees, or outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Leaguelink.in and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, statistics, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Leaguelink.in a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Leaguelink.in may offer premium features or services for a fee. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. League registration fees are collected and managed by individual league organizers, not by Leaguelink.in.

Leaguelink.in is not responsible for any financial transactions between league organizers and participants. Any disputes regarding registration fees should be resolved directly with the league organizer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of player statistics imported from third-party sources such as CricHeroes. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their profile information.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAGUELINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or content
• Disputes with league organizers or other users
• Injuries sustained during cricket matches or events
• Financial losses from league participation
• Service interruptions or technical failures

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leaguelink.in, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, CricHeroes). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms
