Part 1
Open Tournament Scheduler
The scheduler is available from league edit mode after the league exists.
Open Edit League
Navigate to the required league and open edit mode.
Open the scheduler
Find Tournament Scheduler and select Open Tournament Scheduler.

Part 2
Configure pools and format
Correct team grouping and timing rules create a usable fixture list.
Complete Pool Setup
Assign participating teams to the required pools and verify every team is included.
Choose the tournament format
Configure league, knockout, playoff, or other available format options that match your competition.
Add dates and match timing
Set the available tournament dates, daily start times, match duration, and required gaps between matches.
Part 3
Generate, save, and publish
Generation creates a draft; saving and publishing make it operational.
Generate the schedule
Select Generate Schedule and review the number of matches and dates used.
Review the fixture list
Check team repetition, date balance, playoff placeholders, and venue practicality before saving.
Save the schedule
Select Save Schedule after the fixture list is correct.
Publish for public access
Select Publish after saving. Leaguelink.in confirms that anyone with the public link can view the schedule.
Download daily fixture posters
Select a date and use Download Poster to create a shareable fixture image.
Practical tips
Finalize teams before generating fixtures. Leave practical gaps between matches. Review the full fixture list before publishing. Download a poster for each match day after the schedule is final.

Do I need to save the schedule before publishing?
Yes. Publish is available after the schedule has been saved.
Can I unpublish a Leaguelink.in schedule?
Yes. Use Unpublish when the public schedule must be temporarily hidden, then publish again after updates.
