What you will achieve

Professional player-card assets ready for owner review, auction preparation, printing, and public sharing.

Before you begin

  • Approved player registrations
  • Clear player photos and completed profile data
  • League admin access

Part 1

Prepare player records for cards

Player cards use registration information, so data quality matters before export.

1

Review approved players

Open View Registrations and filter to Approved players. Confirm names, photos, roles, skills, and relevant custom fields.

2

Correct incomplete records

Update records that have unclear photos or missing details before generating cards.

Check: A card can only communicate information that exists in the player record.

Part 2

Export individual and PDF player cards

Use individual exports for selected players and PDF tools for complete sets.

1

Download an individual player card

Open the player action menu and select Export player card. Only approved players can be exported as cards.

Look for:Export player card
2

Open PDF templates

Use the league PDF-template area when you need a consistent printable set for all approved players.

3

Generate and review the output

Choose the appropriate template, generate the card set, and check names, photos, and page layout before distributing it.

Practical tips

  • Use consistent player photos before export.
  • Generate cards only after approval decisions are complete.
  • Check PDFs on both mobile and desktop before printing.
  • Use shareable links for owners and PDFs for offline auction desks.
