Part 1

Open the invitation controls

Invitation controls appear after the league has been created.

Open Edit League

Navigate to League Admin, open the required league, and enter edit mode.

Find the invitation panel

In the Registration section, locate Invite Players to Register. The same action is also available in Quick Actions as Share Registration Invite.

Share the correct registration link

Use Share Invite on supported devices

Select Share Invite to open the device sharing menu. Leaguelink.in prepares the league invitation and secure registration link.

Copy the link for WhatsApp or social posts

Select Copy Invite Link, then paste the link into your announcement. Add the registration deadline and required documents to the message.

Test before broadcasting

Open the copied link in a private browser window and verify the league name, registration status, dates, and required fields.

Check: Never distribute the invitation until the form has been tested as a guest.

Monitor registration progress

Use the registration workspace to review incoming submissions.

Open View Registrations

Use the Registration quick action to open the player registration list.

Track statuses

Monitor approved, pending, rejected, and waiting-list submissions. Follow up with players whose records are incomplete.

Close or update the campaign

Return to Edit League when you need to change registration dates, payment-proof requirements, or waiting-list behavior.

Mention the closing date in every invitation message.
Tell players to use a clear profile photo.
Share one canonical registration link instead of multiple forms.
Use the waiting list when demand may exceed capacity.
