How to Invite Players to Register for a Leaguelink.in League

Before you begin

  • A created Leaguelink.in league
  • Registration settings reviewed
  • Registration dates open

Part 1

Open the invitation controls

Invitation controls appear after the league has been created.

Open Edit League

Navigate to League Admin, open the required league, and enter edit mode.

Find the invitation panel

In the Registration section, locate Invite Players to Register. The same action is also available in Quick Actions as Share Registration Invite.

Monitor registration progress

Use the registration workspace to review incoming submissions.

Open View Registrations

Use the Registration quick action to open the player registration list.

Look for:View Registrations

Track statuses

Monitor approved, pending, rejected, and waiting-list submissions. Follow up with players whose records are incomplete.

Close or update the campaign

Return to Edit League when you need to change registration dates, payment-proof requirements, or waiting-list behavior.

  • Tell players to use a clear profile photo.
  • Share one canonical registration link instead of multiple forms.
  • Use the waiting list when demand may exceed capacity.
